Project Overview

When the Nevada State Museum moved into its new 70,000-square-foot home at the Las Vegas Springs Preserve, the staff wanted to create an experience that would inspire and educate a diverse group of visitors about the natural history of the state.
Pacific Studio teamed with Think Jacobson & Roth to create durable interactive exhibits that allow visitors to step inside a stalactite cave, watch holographic figures tell the tale of Nevada’s miners, witness an atomic explosion, visit the glitz and glamour of Las Vegas, and see how they stack up to Nevada’s state fossil, the Shonisaurus popularis.
