Project Overview

The Latter-Day Saints Church History Museum, located in the heart of Salt Lake City, tells the story of the beginning of the Mormon Church. Open to the general public, the museum shows the arc of the church’s early foundations in New York to the Mormon emigrants’ westward migration. Pacific Studio fabricated and installed all of the museum exhibits, ranging from replicas of historic cabins to interactives for visitors of all ages. Our case and mount departments custom-built 50 cases for more than 300 artifacts, including the original death masks of Joseph and Hyrum Smith, two of the church’s founders. Our fabricators, graphic production team, artists, and mount and case specialists all worked seamlessly together to make this beautifully-crafted museum.
